The Unconventional Path to Business School
Brady's journey to business school is anything but conventional. As a college dropout turned Blackhawk helicopter pilot in the United States Army, he never thought he'd trade his wings for an MBA. But life had other plans.
Growing up in Idaho Falls, ID, Brady always had a passion for gaming and problem-solving. However, his time at Weber State University was marked by a lack of focus due to excessive video game playing. It took him several years to find balance in life, which ultimately led him to pursue an undergraduate degree in Integrated Studies.
After serving as an Aviation Officer and Blackhawk pilot in the Army, Brady transitioned into the corporate world. He landed an internship at Second Dinner, a remote gaming company, during his MBA summer of 2023. This experience not only deepened his understanding of marketing but also solidified his decision to pursue a career in the gaming industry.
Finding Balance and Purpose
As Brady navigated the demands of business school, he had to confront his fears about being out of touch with academic rigor and group work. His concerns were alleviated by the collaborative nature of his peers, who shared their strengths and expertise to ensure team projects' success.
One of Brady's greatest strengths is his ability to lead and inspire others. As President of the Foster MBAA Club
