A Bright Start for Loudoun County Public Schools

Loudoun County Public Schools has officially opened its 100th school, Watson Mountain Middle School, marking the beginning of a new era in education. The campus is specifically designed to cater to sixth graders this year, easing the overcrowding issues at Brambleton Middle School. As Principal Lenny Compton explained, the decision to start with only sixth graders was made to ensure that each grade level has a more manageable number of students.
